We integrate the production of machinery, aluminum molds, trolley handles and luggage wheels in-house to eliminate multi-supplier coordination. Free factory layout & capacity planning provided before order. Customized non-standard machines available, compatible with luggage, refrigerator liners, safety helmets and other thermoformed products.
During production process, from material to processing, from producing to outgoing, every step like IQC, IPQC, OQC have strictly QC management , so as to assure each product in perfect quality.

Self-developed 10-axis CNC cutting & punching machine, automatic trolley screwdriver and wheel assembly machine greatly cut labor costs. Servo precise temperature control ensures uniform sheet thickness and higher finished product yield, supporting 24-hour continuous mass production.
